I've looked at translations and I get a ton of words, eres, estas, es, usted esta, but which one is right? How do you say "You are..." (or "You're") as in "You are wonderful" or "You're great"? Thanks.

Agag:
"you are wonderful" means sos maravilloso (if male) maravillosa (if female)
"you are great" means "sos genial" for both, male and female.

Diego
In places where voceo (the usage of the personal pronoun vos and its peculiar conjugation) is not used, they would say: (tú) eres maravilloso.
Regards,
"You are wonderful" can be translated, too, as: "Usted es maravilloso/a" (in a more formal context) or Ustedes son maravillosos/as (if we are addressing two or more people).
