for example: "nosotros hemos agarrado" im not sure how that has to be understood, maybe you can help me with that.

Nadia is right, we do need context to help you out, but to begin with, "agarrar" means to take hold of, to grab. Therefore, "we have grabbed" may be a first translation.
It could also mean "we have taken..."
Alejandro, depending on the object you are referring to (e.i. Nosotros hemos agarrado _______ (“What?”), it could mean “we have caught, “we have trapped”, “we have gotten a get grasp of" …or “we have taken”.
