May God be with you is pretty standard. But I'm not sure you would say that after someone has died since we would assume that the deceased has taken his place with God in heaven. It seems to me that in obituaries or eulogies that a literal translation makes more sense: You are with God.
Someone else may have a more eloquent way to phrase it.
