Sorry. I guess you’re not getting an answer possibly because we’re a little afraid of cagada. I’d assume this is from someone in Columbia, and they’re the only ones who can tell you. I’ll waltz around cagada and give it a shot. Just don’t believe this too much:

Well Amanda, you’re really something. No good-bye, no nothing. Just poof! Amanda, I hope all is well, the little house wonderful, and you’re taking it easy – a big kiss.

Yes, I agree with gernt, it sounds Colombian. Although cagada sounds strong it really isn't, it just refers to something that didn't agree with the person who is saying it.

This is my version:

"Well Amanda, you’re really something. No good-bye, no nothing!! MIA...Amanda, I hope that you are home safe and sound, behaving, and taking it easy – a big kiss."

No tengo mucho las habilidades de determinarlo en inglés. Usualmente, puedo oír el acento solamente de Inglaterra, Australia, y mi área, el sur de los EEUU. A mí, los de Canadá no tienen ningún acento especial.
