Nuestro Señor , sí hizo algun , aniquiló ese agujero !
Rendered in English " The Lord did something , he smited that dump "
My question is : what does the word sí represent here ?

It's an intensifier like "the Lord certainly did something". But how did you get dump out of agujero? I don't doubt that it can mean that, but with nothing else to go on, I'd guess it was a budget deficit in a church. And algun? Short for alguna cosa?

Wow... I am a Spanish native speaker and I don't have a clue of what that means! Great guess work.
Nuestro Señor is Our Lord.
