Hola Cotty:
Aunque yo lo traduciría más o menos como: They will rush out with no doubt.
Saludos,

I can’t think of an exact equivalent, but “one cannot be too careful” comes close. Maybe a more appropriate saying will come to me later.
I’m not superstitious, but one cannot be too careful.
I don’t believe that’s a possibility, but maybe we should do it – just in case.
I’m a Christian, but there are things we do not understand.
There IS the all-purpose phrase:
"Surely you don't believe in this idiocy!"
"I dunno, I'm just sayin'"

I'd say one can never be too careful.“one cannot be too careful”
I think I fell short on my explanation of the actual saying. I kind of referred to where it comes from but did not mention that we actually use it for situations in which even thought we don't believe something can happen, there is always a possibility that it will happen.
Hence, this one here conveys the general meaning of the expression
yet it lacks the witty, funny tone of it. But you did undoubtely grasp the meaning of it.I don’t believe that’s a possibility, but maybe we should do it – just in case.
