Default Translation of Real Academia Española

    Hi all
Do you know if there is a set translation for "Real Academia Española", the maximum Spanish language authority?
    Thanks!

    Hi, Andrea!

I discovered that the Brittanica Encyclopedia uses "Royal Spanish Academy" (Real Academia Espanola (academy, Spain) -- Britannica Online Encyclopedia).

In addition, I found this article on The New York Times where the same term is used (http://www.nytimes.com/2010/11/26/wo...26spanish.html). By the way, interesting article on some of the latest changes to Spanish).
