    Hello,
    I'm in the process of translating an article for watchingamerica.com and have encountered a phrase that I'm having trouble with:

    Para colmo, la falsa izquierda, representada con precisión por el PRD, supone que ponernos pistas de hielo para patinar en medio de este calor brutal, es estar a la altura de Nueva York o Filadelfia.

    Here's my feeble attempt:

    To make matters worse, the false left, represented with precision by the PRD, suppose to get ice rinks in the middle of this brutal heat, it is to be at the height of New York or Philadelphia

    I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

    *not 100% sure what con precisión means there. Would need more context. It probably means acertadamente, maybe justly would be good too.
