    No diga cuántos tiene, no preste lo que tenga, no cuente cuánto gana, no crea lo que oiga, no se haga el 'avispao', coma callao.

    No se haga el avispao (pronunciación regional de "avispado") >> avispado = despierto, agudo, vivo (smart, clever)
    Coma callao (pronunciación regional de "callado") >> callado = en silencio (quiet)

    Coma callao roughly means not to tell, broadcast, or even brag about something you are doing.
