    Default tangencialmente

Uf!

Yo diría algo como "indirect", "minor" o "superficial" inspections, this might help: tangentially - definition of tangentially by the Free Online Dictionary, Thesaurus and Encyclopedia.
    Cheers!

    Gracias Guillermo,

    Hola jworley,
Como dices, es una opción más literal, creo que podría mejorar un poco más, yo me iría más por la opción de "indirectly" o "partial inspections": "...there were only partial bank secuty inspections, during ordinary inspections", o algo parecido.
Igual se podría discutir más sobre esto.
    Saludos!a

Gracias Guillermo!

I think "cursory inspections" might apply.

    Cursory:
    adjective;
going rapidly over something, without noticing details; hasty; superficial: a cursory glance at a newspaper article.

    Synonyms
    quick, brief, passing, haphazard
