I couldn't complete a financial transaction online because I couldn't understand the following:

This has been translated variously as:

Click on the n? merely making up the coordinate E-10 card key and press

and:

well...other equally unfathomable things!

I speak Italian and it looks to me like "click the numbers that make up the "coordenada" (coordinate?) E-10 on the pop up box and click accept....This would be 1 and 0. I did that and got an error message. What am I doing wrong? (there is no E or -)

To complete the transaction click the E10 combination from your key card.
