Hi zzzz I woudl translate your phrase like this "the feeling vanishes, the love vanishes." As Veronica mentioned, the last part does not make much sense. It might be either incomplete or not transcribed correctly.

looks like the phrase is incomplete but IRA could refer to "rage or anger", try and see if you missed anything!
