what does Orange Julius (Amaury Nolasco) says in spanish at the beginning (before brian arrives at 1st race) ? it was like " "bira mabitu i'll race you when you'll get a car worth racing, esta biene ? " what is the correct orthography, what does that means

He also says something like Perate Perate cano, what does that means ?
