¿Cómo dirían ustedes en inglés la frase "recursos humanos"?

Contexto:
"Este trabajo de tesis es una indagación sobre los temas asociados a la Prevención de Riesgos que se manejan en el interior de los centros educativos básicos municipales de la comuna de “Quilicura”, considerando los recursos humanos y espacios físicos donde se imparte la educación."

Mi intento: "This work thesis is an investigation that explores issues associated with the Risks Prevention that are handled within basic educational establishments located in the commune of "Quilicura", considering human resources and physical setting where instruction takes place. ”
