I know you like my sentences so I insist on asking you for help.

La definición rigurosa a priori del modelo de deformación de cualquier estructura, excededel campo geodésico o topográfico y se interna de lleno en otras especialidades de distintay generalmente alta calificación.

My attempt:

The a priori rigorous definition of the deformation model of any structure, exceeds the geodesic or topographic field and enters fully into other different and high qualified specialties.

I think you pretty much nailed it! I would swap "...enters fully..." for "...fully enters..." but besides that I think is fine!
