    Si "choro mareador" es lo que creo que es, o sea, en argot mexicano, un largo discurso insustancial destinado más bien a embaucar, sugestionar o manipular al oyente (lo que los argentinos llamamos "un verso"), sugiero en inglés americano la expresión snow job.
