I want to translate the following sentence:
"a través de nuestra app, aquellas personas que quieran colaborar con las necesidades que haya en la ciudad, podrán hacerlo, seleccionando con qué organización colaborar y de qué modo"
Here is my attempt:
"those people willing to cooperate with the needs in the town will be able to do it by means of our app, selecting which organization to cooperate with and how."

"cooperate" is a little stiff. I'd suggest "assist"; "help"; "support"; "work with"
Ex: "those people willing to assist with the needs in the town will be able to do it by means of our app, selecting which organization to work with and how."
I'd go a bit further and say:
"Those willing to support our town and their needs, will be able to do so through our app by selecting which organization they'd like to contribute with and how."
