these are the exact question from the test! one says how long have you been studyuing spanish before my class (i think) and the other translates as how do you take with the people you work with. the second one does not make sense! that's what i need help with!

What exactly do you need? A translation of the questions into English, or a suggested answer to those questions in Spanish? You'll have to be more specific.
