    Your spelling and syntax is very poor but if she told you:

    Cuidate, un besito tierno

    it means:

    Take care, Here's a tender kiss.

    No, she said (or she is trying to say )

    "cuidate tierno, un besito" this could be: "take care honey, a kiss for you"

    please note that she is trying to be "loving"
