    I agree with gernt. I would just put "those around you" instead of "that what is around you"

    Hi, the last fragment of son mis mejores deseos, is a bit tricky...even in Spanish it sounds a bit out of place, but I think your best bet would be to leave it as so with the comma:

    Hi Kaity, how are you? Very well, I hope...Let me know if you are coming to Nicaragua this Christmas. I truly hope our Loving Father will pour many blessings in your life and for those around you, my best wishes.

    You could actually just say "best wishes" at the end. Without "my" or "are my"
