Can someone translate this for me? I have tried a few of the online translators but they don't make sense! I need a human!! Thanks

Sorry Sally, but it doesn´t make much sense in spanish either. O that´s the translation?. Whatever:
El amor es lo más raro que ha podido existir
El amor es lo más raro que existe = love is the rarest (or weirdest) thing that exists
y el que de tí se enamoró lo más probable no le presta atención (??!!)
y el que de tí se enamoró, lo más probable es que no te preste atención (?)
and the one that fell in love with you probably doesn´t pay you attention
or
y al que de tí se enamoró, lo más probable es que no le prestes atención (?)
and probably you don´t pay attention to the one that fell in love with you.
