    Hi...how would you translate the following sentence:

    "El asegurado posee otros siniestros declarados".
    I'm not sure if it is:

    the insured has other declared claims

    or
    the insured has other claims declared

    reclamación = CLAIM

    siniestro = DAMAGE

    "El asegurado posee otros siniestros declarados" = "The insured (or "policyholder" or "assured") has declared other damages."

    NOTE: I have transposed, "posee ... declarados" --> "has declared" to make it sound better in English.

    Otra opción sería "the insured has reported other casualties
