Thread: needing help witht this translation

Hello, I work at a construction company doign human resources. There are many different backgrounds of people working there including employees from puerto rico, guatemala,el salvadore and columbia. Today i found a post-it on my desk with a message. I am having trouble translating the whole thing:


espero que estes bien, y espero que estes sorriente como tackes las mananas, es muy hermosa lo que ases, ases un buen trabajo, paca la compania. y un buen trabajo paca tu padre, ray, que es un buen jefe. el nos ayuda mirclio, es el numero uno, sin el uo tiwieromas trabajo que el senor lo bendiga y lo de' buena salud y lo tengamias por mirclios astas, de salud y ractaleze.


it was hard to read the handwriting so some letters may be off. any help would be greatly appreciated.!

There are some off letters but with some guessing here it goes:

I hope you are fine, and that you are smiling like every morning. It's beautiful what you do. You do a good job for the company and for your father, Ray, who is a good boss. He helps us a lot, he's number one. Without him we wouldn't have a job. God bless him and give him good health, and that we have him for many years, of health and ???????.
