    i was working on a restaurant on Florida and the milanesa was called milanese exp "chicken milanese"

    In Australia milanesa would be 'veal parmigiana'. Its not always breaded veal- but can often be a chicken or beef cutlet - breaded and, at least in Australia, covered in cheese and a tomato-based sauce. Ya me esta entrando una hambre terrible...!
