It amuses me that ssss posted this question (the only post ever from ssss) over a year ago, and forum members are still working it out. How many translators does it take to change a lightbulb? One from each country, or one really good translator who will want to change all the lightbulbs.

It just goes to show that it's not an easy job. The answer depends on so many different things.
