Hi Gernt. In Venezuela every judicial circuit belongs to a so-called “Distributor” which allocate the cases among the various courts which handle the same type cases in the corresponding area (whether criminal, civil, family, mercantile etc.)

I would be interesting to find out a little more of this specific case, however, personally, , I prefer to translate the word “juzgado” as “Court”
