    Fecha/hora de registro del proceso y sus parametros en el sistema.

    Ambiguous.

    (1) Store(s) the process timestamp (date/hour) and the process parameters in the system.

    OR

    (2) Timestamp (date/hour) of registering/recording/booking the process and its parameters in the system.

    Pick whatever suits the broader context best.
