Default Could anyone help me translate, please?

Could anyone please help me translate this email?
I think I understand the general meaning, but I would like to be sure.
    I'd be most grateful!

    Hi,
I'm presuming you only want to know what the message says, rather than a full translation...

Basically, they're answering the question of whether or not they have a particular disk, but they are only able to sell it from the shop itself (and not mail it to you). They hope you'll be able to find another way of getting the disk, and they give the address of the shop at the end of the letter.

    Hope that helps,

    Jonathan
