    Default maridaje

Hi everyone. Does anybody know if there's a technical word for "maridaje" in English? It's the art of combining wine and dishes, I've seen the verb "match" but I was wondering if there's a more specific technical word.
    Thanks!

Pairing, but I don't think that's very technical.

    Stick with "matching."

/* NOTE */ The author of the second article uses the term "pairing" in the text and "Matching" in the title, indicative that "Matching" is the more "official" or FINICKY term.... ;--)
