    Default "El último orejón del tarro"

    Hola a todos! me encontré con esta frase praa traducir... como no tenía muy claro el significado la busqué y encontre esta explicación
    El último "orejón" (pasa de durazno/melocotón) del tarro (frasco) era el que nadie quería... el que sobraba. Ser "el último orejón del tarro" es quedar de lado, olvidado, sin valer nada.

    Alguien sabe si hay alguna frase hecha en inglés que tenga el mismo significado?

    mmm, I haven´t found any kind of saying similar to what this one means...

    I can only think of paraphrasing it in English, like She/he is the most ignored person...
    I´ll keep looking though!

    Creo que la erre, seria mejor "always the last one chosen".

    No es un dicho, pero no creo que haya un equivalente en inglés.

    it reminds me of a Peruvian phrase "Se cree la ultima chupada del mango", but that seems to have the opposite meaning (sort of like, he thinks he's god's gift to women)
    I would go with "bottom of the barrel."

    What about "the black sheep"? Sometimes you hear "la oveja negra" too.

    The idea is that last person picked at school for a team when playing sports. Not necessarily the black sheep, but the last person you want to work with or be paired up with.
