I originally subscribed to your services for $1.00, however I found out it was going to cost $39.95, starting on Sat 2009-Oct-03 14:38:08 EDT.
The service cancellation was confirmed by an e-mail which I received on SAt 2009-Oct-03 09:11:00 EDT, but the subscription was charged anyway.
I demand that you return the amount of $39.95 to mi credit card.
