What does "fetitas" mean?
Thank you :-)
possible typo? could it be 'fetidas'?
if so, 'fetidas', feminine plural adjective, means 'foul-smelling'.
I agree, think it could be a typo.
Another option: FEITAS - this is a diminutive of FEAS (the ugly ones-fem.) and it is used as a way of saying that something is "just a little on the ugly side", "not so pretty".
Example:
Very poor husband buys on sale withered flowers for his wife.
Wife reacts: "Gracias mi amor, estan poquito feitas pero me encantaron, las pondrè en agua" (thanks honey, they're a little old and ugly but I love them, I'll put them in water)
Acertado y precioso su ejemplo Mario!
"Fetitas" means "small slices". Comes from "fetas" (Slices).
Hope that helps!
I agree with Victoria, it's a small slice... At least that's used here in Argentina...
Thank you everyone.
Someone else (offline) told me it can also mean "fetus" like an unborn baby.
Does that seem right?
Hmmm... I don't think so... But it would be really helpful if you told us what's the context of that word... I mean, where did you see it or hear it?
