I could not believe how hard it was to find the picture and name together, but see http://www.kfc.mex.tl/49701_Postres-.html . When you search for it, all you get are ice cream machine pictures.

O-o-o-oh, I get it! It's soft-serve ice cream. It comes out of a "faucet" like water. I kept thinking it was a flavor, like nieve de limón. (And I'll confess that I was horrified by all the allusions to diarrhea when I looked up chorro in the urban dictionary.) Thanks for the help!
