    OK. I’m guessing here. Are you speaking of a very small child or being sarcastic with an adult? If I understand what you’re asking, with a toddler, we just pull the pacie out. With an adult, it’s “quit mumbling!”. For certain people in Georgia, it’s “Boy, get that Georgia red clay outta yo’ mouf!” (i.e. your accent is too much even for me to understand). With older children, it’s “Please finish eating before speaking”.

    Oops. I forgot the most common: "Don't talk with your mouth full!"
