Can someone help me translate "envasados"
Here's the original.
"servicios de elaboracion y preparacion de alimentos envasados para consumo humano (como maquila)"
I'm thinking this translates into
"services of development and preparation of packaged/canned goods for human consumption (as assembly plant)

Sure, but maybe more “services of production and preparation of packaged/canned goods for human consumption (as an outsourced operation)”. A maquila is usually a clothing factory in another country. I’m unsure what it means here. Maybe you have more context? But it seems like it has to do with importing the fresh goods without paying duty or maybe without paying anything, canning them, then returning them to the source country.

'como' here means (I am pretty sure) 'for example'.
therefore you could put:
“services of production and preparation of packaged/canned goods for human consumption (i.e. an assembly plant)"
