    I'm doubting to let it as is - ie. 'Sesión de Patronato' - but maybe someone can give me a tip:

    'después de elegir a su hermano José Vicente como nuevo Presidente en sesión de Patronato de 20 de Enero de 2007'

    after choosing his brother Jose Vicente as new President in session of Patronage in 20th of January 2007
