Thread: Help with a word I think was directed at me

I am hoping someone might be able to give me an idea of what 'horejas' means. The general context it was used in was "I hope 'horejas' has stopped...' Could be puerto rican slang, or it could just mean what it looks like.

This: "I hope 'horejas' has stopped...' cant be considered context. I really have no idea what you mean. Tell us more about the situation in which they called you that, and it might make sense. And also, orejas is without an H.

Yeah, I should have just copied it, and put the whole thing here. This is what was said.

'Espero que las Horejas Paradas no esten mirando mis fotos pero no me Importa LOL'

All I used was a web translator, so maybe what I got out of it was not the way it sounded.

"I hope Perky Ears isn't looking at my pics, but that doesn't mean anything to me". A dog focused on something has it's ears erect. Orejas paradas means ears standing up. I assume a reference to nosy people.

or maybe "...pero no me importa" would be but I don't really care.

"Perky ears" is another of Gernt's creative successes!
