Todos los que frecuentaban estas reuniones, aprendieron seguro, quisieran o no, algo más sobre geografía y mapas antiguos.

My attempt:
All those who frequented these meetings, learned , should they want or should they not, something more about geography and old maps.

Literalmente: "All those who frequented these meetings learned, whether or not they wanted to, something more about geography and old maps.

Pero parece mucho más natural escribir: "All those who frequented these meetings learned something more about geography and old maps whether or not they wanted to"

Coincido con dw428... tambien podria ser:

"All those who frequented these meetings learned something more about geography and old maps, whether they wanted to por not."
