He aquí mi intento, pero a mí no tiene sentido. Se traduce flamenca como “Flemish” y “Flamenco” también, pero la “Flemish School” no me recuerda a las orlas. Tiene más contexto?
The scientific spirit predominates here over the primary market of the Flamenco school by means of its beautiful ruffles and attention to esthetics.

Flemish is right here: my mistake.
Orla is sth that decorates a design or layout around. So I think that trim is correct.
We can find priority market in the Financial Express : "India is a priority market for Sony Corp"
So we can leave it as The scientific spirit predominates here over the priority market of the Flemish school by means of its beautiful trims and attention to esthetics.
