"yo no se que me usted me dice la señorita pequenito arre arre" and "pompi aguada"
do you know what they're saying exactly? is the 2nd one slang maybe?

How about I make a wild guess and maybe it will push it to the top where someone who knows will fix it:

“I don’t know what you said the girl told me, the one a little on the energetic side”.

The other phrase is barely possibly “skinny butt”.
