    Considering the lack of context, I'd say is that you?

    If you had ellipsis after tú...? implying other words follow, then you could have something like are you...?

    It all depends on the specific context you are dealing with.

    the context is a christian chorus ant the complete line is Tu eres mi respirar. This song in english goes you are the air I breath. Could it be translated this way?
