Please help me translate this:

On my birthday when I was turning six years old, they brought ponys to my birthday party. My birthday party was in Rhode Island because thats where my dads girlfriend lives. My birthday is in the summer so I usually do something fun, but I never expected this. I remember seeing them bring in the ponys and i was just surprised! I was so excited to ride them. This event was significant to me because every little girl in the world dreams about having ponys at her party and I actually had the chance to. At the momment I didnt think much of it, but now that I look back on that day, I was very fortunate to have such an amazing birthday party.
