It´s written in sms "language". It means: I don't know why, but you make me feel tenderness, like taking care of you. Arghh, I hate you, hehe. I love you very much. Don't get stressed and take care. Bye.
nose: no sé (I don't know)
pk: por qué (why)
pro: pero (but)
m: me (me, pronoun)
d: de (of, not translated in the context "ganas de cuidarte", I feel like taking care of you)
ajj: interjetion (arghh)
tqm: te quiero mucho (I love you very much, love you a lot, whatever)
t: te (pronoun, not translated in "no te stresses", don't get stressed)
Even for us native Spanish speakers it's hard to understand those messages sometimes.
