Thread: Hi there!

Hello everyone! I have just found what I was looking for!
A little about me: I'm still in high school but next is my last year, and I'm pursuing a career in translation. Therefore I'm preparing for the oh-so-scary exam in Lenguas Vivas college, from where I want to graduate.
So far I've been translating some texts on my own, sometimes with a little help from my best friend the dictionary (an english-english one, no cheating), just for fun. At the moment, I'm losing myself in the novel Trainspotting to make my own translation, as faithful as possible. It's not easy since the author wrote many chapters in Scots, but I've found many tools to help my out
I'm happy to be on the site now and have a chance to meet you guys and improve my english skills as i'm just an apprentice (sorry for my poxy grammar), and also share my translations with you sometime!
