Default Need good advice from profesionals

Hi, I was wondering if I could get some ideas on how to improve my english/spanish skills. I speak both fluently, I was born and raised in Mexico. I've been living in U.S.A for 7 years now. I don't use my spanish much and I feel that when I do use it is broken, my extensive spanish vocabulary is gone and my english one is not exelent .
    Any sugestions?

    Welcome Anita,
if you really want to improve your language skills,
check the words that you are not sure of in a dictionary first :

English, Spanish, suggestions, excellent , professionals...

(I do too when in doubt !)
    Frank.

Ok. I don't get it. What do you mean by exposure?

You are right, Anita... It's a broad term: what I mean is being in contact with both languages in any manner. For example, by reading all kinds of material (books, the newspaper, websites...), listening to radio programs, watching movies... Nowadays, with the Internet, that's much more easier

It´s true, just try and take in as much information from as many different sources as possible, all the while practicing your speaking. That and time and you are there.
