Thread: Hello All

Hi. I am new to this site/forum. a little bit about myself... I am 25 years old and live in the USA (michigan). I work on an ambulance normally but have spent the summer doing a special event (at a racetrack (horses)). I speak almost no Spanish... I cannot "roll R's" as much as I try. Anyways 90% of the employees that I have been working with are from Mexico and few speak much English at all. I have done pretty good all summer asking others to translate and trying to look up what I can online. Unfortunately sometimes I can only guess as to how the words are spelled. I'm looking forward to getting help on the slang that I hear as well. Thanks in advance!
