He is saying "pregnant", not saying embarrassed! (It's not really possible to confuse the two in spanish)

It looks like a question to me... but, you know... maybe she is learning some spanish from someone and has asked how to ask or say certain things and someone gave her some answers to her questions on paper ... and it's all nothing at all.....

I know this forum isn't an advice column but:
Talk to your significant other. She has all the answers you're looking for. If you don't trust her and can't talk to her, the notes are the least of your problems.

Hi! Regarding the third sentence, I think he does mean "embarrassed"... It's really common that they do things like that... They just hear the word in english and repeat it the way they think they heard it... That's another form of "spanglish"... It's more common than you think, trust me... Ask her if his name is Domingo, I'm sure she'll say yes...
And also, talk to her... I think, from what the note says, that he's trying to flirt with her but she's not interested, that's why he said she's too serious and that all women are bad... I don't think you have to worry about him... Just talk to her
