    This is a little joke about the people of the LIMBURG province in Belgium,
    they are supposed to be slow-witted...

    All milk cartons have to be taken out of the racks of the Limburg supermarkets.
    The printing "open here" has to be replaced by "open at home".

    Jonatane, it refers to the idea that blond-haired (rubia) women are considered to be "not too smart" as in "dumb blond". Not true of course, but the idea is the source of a category of jokes.
