    Question Special characters

When localizing into Spanish many times the developers do not think about the special characters such as á, ñ, Ñ, etc. and the code does not compile.
How did you manage to explain this to the customer?

    Default Special characters

A good way of explaining this is by referring to all the different keyboards there are around the world in relation to the amount of different languages that have special characters...The Codes issue would be a similar case.
