Hi there and welcome to the forum!
Well, do you have any projects on going right now?
Because your account becomes "inactive" the moment you Complete your last project. And it becomes available again once you have a new project to get started.
There might be some other reasons, but this is the first thing you need to look at.
Let me know if this is the case, if not, we´ll see which other reasons might cause inactive accounts.

Did you work out the issue about having your account inactive? Was related to what I described as having no projects ongoing at the moment?
Well let us know. Otherwise, we can start looking for other possible issues.
Remember it´s always the same user name and always the same password. And, if for any reason you change your user or password, these last ones overwrite the previous ones, so you only have 1 user and 1 pass.
